- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Resumine.io may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a counter-notification, Resumine.io may reinstate the removed content. Please note that under the DMCA, if you knowingly misrepresent that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Resumine.io or the alleged infringer.
Repeat Infringers
Resumine.io has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from our Services more than twice.
We reserve the right to terminate a user's access to our Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user is a repeat infringer or has otherwise violated our Terms of Service or this Copyright and DMCA Policy.
