Refund & Cancellation Policy

You ARE eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical Service Failure: If our AI automation systems fail to function as described due to technical issues on our end
• Service Not as Described: If the core features of our job search automation do not work as advertised in our marketing materials
• 7-Day Window: Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription and before significant AI processing has occurred
• Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions
• Account Access Issues: If we cannot provide access to your account due to technical problems on our side
• 14-Day Statutory Right: UK consumers may cancel within 14 days under Distance Selling Regulations (subject to exceptions below)

Refunds are processed as:

• Full refund to original payment method (if no significant service usage)
• Pro-rated refund based on unused service period
• Service credits for future use (where applicable)

You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Successful Service Delivery: After our AI has successfully processed your resume and submitted job applications on your behalf
• Job Application Outcomes: Based on interview success rates, job offer results, or employment outcomes
• Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want to use the service after successful processing
• AI Content Preferences: Dissatisfaction with AI-generated resume content that meets quality standards but doesn't match personal preferences
• External Factors: Job market conditions, employer responses, or factors outside our control
• Policy Violations: If your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Requests After 30 Days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the triggering event

Note: UK statutory rights may override some of these limitations where services are found to be faulty or not as described.

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refund for the current billing period unless eligible under our refund policy
• Automatic renewal stops immediately upon cancellation

Annual Subscriptions:

• Pro-rated refunds available for unused months (minimum usage charges may apply)
• Calculated from the date of cancellation request
• Subject to eligibility requirements above
• Processing fee may be deducted for payment processing costs

Free Trial Cancellations:

• Cancel anytime during trial period with no charges
• Trial ends immediately upon cancellation
• No refund applicable (no payment taken)

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Information:
   • Account email address
   • Subscription or transaction ID
   • Reason for refund request
   • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
3. Review Process: We'll review your request within 3-5 business days
4. Decision Notification: You'll receive our decision via email with explanation
5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Required Information for Faster Processing:

• Clear description of the issue or reason for refund
• Screenshots or documentation of any technical problems
• Timeline of when the issue occurred
• Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue

Processing Times:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days from approval
• PayPal: 3-5 business days from approval
• Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days from approval
• Service Credits: Applied immediately upon approval

Factors Affecting Processing:

• Your bank's processing times
• Payment method used for original transaction
• International banking regulations (for non-UK customers)
• Verification requirements for large amounts

If you disagree with our refund decision:

2. Escalation: Request escalation to senior management if needed
3. External Resolution: You may contact your bank/card issuer for chargeback procedures
4. Regulatory Complaint: For UK customers, you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service

We're committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a reasonable solution even when strict policy terms may not apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including:

• Consumer Rights Act 2015: Right to refund for services not performed with reasonable care and skill
• Distance Selling Regulations: 14-day cancellation right for online purchases
• Unfair Contract Terms: Protection against unfair terms in consumer contracts
• Consumer Credit Act: Additional protections for credit card purchases over £100
